Letting go of hurt
Suprise! As a mental health care nurse I've been used to the idea of going thru the experienced trauma over and over again.
But I am now finding that in order to heal the trauma - truly - you need to stop picking on the wound eventually.
I think it is good to work on it a bit, learn the lesson that is presented in the trauma, accept it, let it go, heal the energetic blockage and move on with a grateful heart.
Getting stuck with all the things you find traumatic will not help you heal.
Not sure if I'm happy with this finding though since I love to help people clear their head and heart by letting them talk and talk and talk about ther issues😂
